The set menu changes with the seasons, the produce on offer and the chef's inspiration. It features two starters, two main courses and two desserts, all home-cooked of course!
You can opt for the Terroir menu, which allows you to choose a starter, main course and/or dessert from the à la carte menu.

Fanny Cuillé-Liautaud has created an engaging, varied and exacting wine menu with a strong focus on natural wines, all of which are available by the glass or bottle. Of course, the Jura puts its best foot forward in this selection offering a wonderful array of regional organic, natural and biodynamic wines. Other French vineyards complement the list, all sharing the same commitment to authenticity and flavour. Fanny will be more than happy to guide you through your choices, providing you with clear and accessible explanations, particularly with regard to the specific characteristics of natural wines.
When it comes to non-alcoholic beverages, everything is 100% regional, sourced exclusively from the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. This includes Poligny’s very own Baboon brewed beers and freshly roasted coffee from Café Clandestin, together with La Mortuacienne craft lemonades, apple juice from Vergers de Sellières and Jugeote organic iced tea made in Doucier... Everything you could possibly ask for to enjoy a flavourful and truly authentic experience.
